Brian serves as Head of Business Services for Grove Wealth Solutions. As a contributing member of the team, his role is to support our business owner clients by helping them enhance operational effectiveness within their companies. He focuses on improving organizational processes, strengthening internal structure, and supporting overall business sustainability. Through close collaboration with Grove’s tax and wealth teams, he helps coordinate resources for founders, executives, and nonprofit organizations. Prior to this, Brian began his professional career with Deloitte, where he gained foundational experience within a large professional services environment. He later held roles at AllianceBernstein, developing familiarity with operational functions inside a global asset management firm. Brian also worked with Aon IP Solutions, contributing to projects in the intellectual property space, and participated in additional operations and project oriented business roles. Across these experiences at prominent firms, he built a background in organizational operations and business support that complements his later entrepreneurial leadership and fractional CFO work. Brian is a two-time Olympic sprinter and former national record-holder for Zimbabwe in the 200 meters. After an elite track & field career that included representing Zimbabwe at the Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, Brian completed his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and earned his MBA at Florida State University. In 2020 he also attained a master’s in Intellectual Property Management and Markets from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He has held coaching roles at Florida State University and the Illinois Institute of Technology, and brings diverse experience in financial services and entrepreneurial ventures focused on athlete development and social impact. Brian joins Grove in a strategic leadership role, blending high-performance discipline with business insight to drive growth and innovation. Outside of his professional work, Brian is a devoted family man who values time with his wife and their three children.
