In addition to her marketing role at Grove, she owns and operates CopyHawk, LLC, where she partners with wealth advisors to turn subject-matter expertise into effective lead generation and content systems. Earlier in her career, Marcie held marketing, operations, and HR roles at several fast-growing fintech startups that served both institutional and retail investors, where she supported internal communications, marketing, recruiting, and culture initiatives. She has also been a writer, ghostwriter, and editor in multiple capacities for many years, primarily for clients in the finance and HR industries, and self-published a book in 2023.

Marcie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Clemson University. Outside of work, she values time with her family, especially date nights with her husband and time spent with her two daughters. She also loves her dog, being out in nature, and listening to live music.
